Do I need to be home when you clean my bins?
No, you don't need to be home. Simply leave your bins out on collection day, and we'll clean them after they've been emptied by the council. We'll return them to their usual spot when we're done.
What if I'm on holiday or away?
No problem! Your cleaning credits roll over. Just let us know when you're back, and we'll resume your regular cleaning schedule. You won't lose any cleans from your package.
How do you access my bins?
We clean bins on your collection day after they've been emptied. If your bins are at the roadside, we'll clean them there. If they're in your garden or driveway, please leave them accessible on collection day.
What cleaning products do you use?
We use professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe for your family, pets, and the environment. Our cleaning process eliminates 99.9% of bacteria while being environmentally responsible.
